Teachers Return for Term 1- Tuesday January 28th

Students Begin Term 1- Wednesday January 29th

Prep Rest Days- Wednesdays - February 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th 

Whole School Swimming- Friday February 6th and then Tuesdays- February 11th, 18th & 25th, March 4th, 11th and 25th. (no swimming on March 18th) 

Cluster Swimming Sports- Years 3-6- Friday February 28th 

Curriculum Day- Friday March 7th (Teachers in Bendigo at Mental Health in PS Training)

Clean Up Australia Day School Event- Monday March 17th 

Labor Day Public Holiday- Monday March 10th

Welcoming Jess Lehre – Our New Mental Health Leader

We are thrilled to welcome Jess Lehre to Raywood Primary School as our new Mental Health Leader. Jess brings a wealth of experience and passion for student wellbeing, and we are excited for the positive impact she will have on our school community.

Supporting Student Wellbeing

Jess will be introducing a range of exciting initiatives to help set your child up for success, focusing on:

  • Building Emotional Resilience – Equipping students with skills to navigate challenges and manage emotions.
  • Mindfulness and Wellbeing Activities – Encouraging a calm and positive mindset for learning.
  • Social and Emotional Learning Programs – Helping students develop strong relationships and confidence.
  • Parental Support and Resources – Providing guidance to families to support wellbeing at home.

Working Together

We know that a child’s mental health is essential for their academic and personal growth. Jess will be working closely with teachers, students, and families to create a nurturing and supportive environment for all.
