 Dear Parents and Carers,

We have reached the halfway point in our final term of this academic year. There is a lot happening in our classrooms, and it has been fantastic to look over the assessments that are being completed to aid our teachers in writing the end-of-year reports that you will receive on Thursday 7th December. 

Immaculata Mission School 2024: FISHERS OF MEN

Start the new year by going deeper in God's love through awesome speakers on the Catholic faith, daily Mass, Adoration and the Rosary, praise and worship, fellowship and more! There are two different programs, so there is something for everyone...

Youth & adults (14 years & up): 1-6 January 2024

Married couples & families (specifically designed for married couples. Includes childrens and teens program): 7-10 January 2024

Special guest speakers: Dan & Stephanie Burke from the USA (co-founders of the Avila Institute, presenters on EWTN & Dan is an author of over 15 books on Catholic spirituality), plus Fr Francesco Gavazzi (from the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal)

Year 5 Leadership Speeches

Our Year 5 team have been busily preparing their leadership speeches and the theme that they are alluding to is how every individual is 'a wonder.' As we walked through and engaged with the students as they were actively typing their work, it was clear that this wonderful class will bring so many great qualities to our school in 2024. We are very excited to read and listen to their finished product.  Well done Year 5!

Year 6 Canberra Excursion

Our Year 6 students and their teachers have been busily exploring Canberra. It has been wonderful to hear that everyone is having a great time. Some highlights from the excursion so far include visiting Parliament House and also spending time at iPlay. We look forward to hearing more about your time upon your return next week.

Our Green Teams

This week it has been fantastic to see some of our our wonderful students take on the 'Green Team' Initiative. We were delighted to see two of these teams in action.
