Greater Western Region Cricket

On Tuesday the 24th of October 11 year 8 boys travelled down to Ballarat to compete in the Greater Western Region Cricket. although the boys had to play in very windy conditions they still had a very successful day winning 3 and loosing 1, all games were eight overs a side.

Game 1 lost to Trinity College

We made 6 for 32 and they passed our score with 6 balls remaining.

Game 2 Emmanuel College 2 for 63 off 8 overs Horsham College passed their total making 1 for 69 with 8 balls spare.

Game 3 Horsham College made 1 for 62 and restricted Beaufort College to 4 for 53 from their 8 overs.

Game 4 Horsham College 5 for 71 defeated Mercy College all out for 57.

Great day was had by all and well done to the team on the way they bounced back after their narrow loss in game 1
