7-and-under Netball

Our school netball team is currently seeking yr 1/2 students (boys and girls) to join our 7-under netball ball team.

The team plays at Golden Grove Rec Centre @ 5pm or 5.40pm, Mondays. The season runs in term 4 2024, and term 1 2025.

Good Shepherd Wants Your Old Boots

Our school is requesting second-hand pairs of soccer/footy boots for use in our year 5/6 inter-school teams. Not all our students have the correct footwear due to not playing the sport outside of these one-off school events. Rather than them buying them, we like to provide a pair that they can borrow.

If you have any upper primary sized (yr 5/6) soccer/footy boots at home that are in useable condition, we’d be more than happy to give them a new home. 😊

The team plays on Thursdays at 6.05pm, at Kings Baptist Primary School gym.

8 & unders GS Nets

Straight back to it on the first day back for the term. The children did really well as we practiced learning some positions on the court which helped to share the ball and spread the court. We finished with a convincing 24-8 win over Modbury.

Scorers: Phoenix 10, Austin 8, Chase 4 and Archie 2.

Yr 5/6 GS Raptors

The GS Raptors went down 25-41 to top of the ladder, the St. David’s Kings last Thursday afternoon. Downey dribbled with skill and power all match, Zeyna impacted multiple rebounds, and Jayden scored an impressive long range 3 pointer. At the halfway point in the season, the Raptors have unfortunately lost contact with the top 4 and will need multiple wins in term 4 in order to qualify for finals.

Tango Netball Club - Net Set Go!

Tango Netball Club will be running their popular Net Set Go netball program in Term 4!

The program will be run on Saturday mornings from 9.30am to 10.30am from 19th October for 9 weeks, at our clubrooms on Heysen Ave, Hope Valley.

If your little ones aged 4 - 7 are wanting to learn netball skills, increase their confidence, and build friendships, then Tea Tree Gully Netball Club is the place.

Tea Tree Gully Netball Club is a family focussed club, focusing on increasing netball techniques, teamwork, and having fun.

Commencing 16th October.

Guaranteed for 10 weeks.

Wednesday nights 5:30PM - 6:15PM.

$120 for the 10 sessions - can use sports vouchers.

All children receive a Tree Gully Netball Club Training Top and an awesome Netball.
