Term 4 Dad's Night

GSPV Dad's and male role models, we are having another dads gathering to kick term 4 off on the right note!

Come along and put your skills to the test with some lawn bowls and enjoy a casual afternoon and catch up with others from the GSPV community. For those of you that have been thinking about coming to one of these events, don't miss out on this one. 

There are limited numbers due to the venue size, so get in fast! There will be some light nibbles provided and drinks available via the bar at the Bowling Club to purchase for a reasonable price.

Men’s Breakfast Invitation

It’s on again! Good Shepherd Church is hosting a Men's breakfast on Saturday the 26th of October "Mission Africa", beginning at 8am in the church hall. Come along for fellowship with other blokes, and hear Guest speaker Matt Dutschke, talk on a mission trip to Africa. Enter through the church doors facing Montague Road. Not long to go now... We are looking forward to an afternoon of water themed activities. Pop the date in your diary now. Sunday October 27th from 4pm. Be brave and think about who you might like to invite... Family, friends? Neighbours? The more the merrier! 

Due to the nature of the activities, we encourage people to wear suitable clothing e.g. rashie vest, shorts, t-shirts and bring dry clothes to change into afterwards!

Coffee and Connect

How was your break from school routine? Did you see any good movies? Go camping? Relax (or get some jobs done) at home? How is your family going? Coffee and Connect is back on!

If you have a few minutes (or a lot of minutes) and you feel like meeting some people or reuniting with old friends, you are most welcome to pop into the Church Café tomorrow morning (Friday) 8.30-10.00 am and share some tea/coffee and conversation! 

Why not invite someone along this week? You never know how you might change someone’s day (for the better) just by turning up and having a chat!  

Enter via the courtyard. Toddlers are welcome (there is a small playground for them to play in; we just ask that you keep an eye on them for safety reasons).

Growing Sunflowers Art Studio - Term 4

Hi, I'd love to invite you along to our term run art classes for children 5-15 years. 

This term we will have an imaginative drawing focus as well as making their own Christmas themed board games. We will have an art gallery day at Good Shepherd Lutheran church at the end of the term to play the games all the children have designed. 

We have limited space available for term 4.
