A message from the Principal
As we approach the end of another dynamic and enriching term, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible experiences and achievements we've shared at St Kilda Park Primary School. Friday, September 20th marks the end of Term 3, and what a term it has been!
Over the past few months, our students have dived into a wide range of activities and learning opportunities that have made this term truly memorable. From splashing through swimming lessons and perfecting gymnastic routines to exploring sustainability at our festival and soaking up the culture during our Arts Centre excursions, it’s been a term full of excitement and growth. The focused learning and enthusiasm in every classroom has been inspiring, and we’ve watched our students thrive both academically and personally.
As we wrap up this vibrant term, we’re excited to celebrate our final day with Footy Colours Day on Friday, September 20th. We encourage all students to show their team spirit by dressing in the jerseys, scarves, and colours of their favourite football teams. It’s a wonderful way to bring some extra cheer to the end of the term!
Here’s what we have lined up for the day:
- Footy Parade at Assembly: At assembly time, we’ll host a festive parade where students can proudly display their footy gear. It’s sure to be a highlight of the day, full of team pride and lively energy!
- Egg and Bacon Roll Brekkie before school: Before school starts, our amazing parent volunteers will be serving up delicious egg and bacon rolls for purchase for $5. They’ll be available from 8am, and it’s the perfect way to fuel up for a day of fun.
- Football Activities: We’ll also have some engaging football activities to keep students entertained and active from the moment they arrive at school.
We’re grateful for the continuous support and enthusiasm from our school community, and we look forward to celebrating with everyone next Friday.
Here’s to a fantastic end to a fantastic term, and we can’t wait to see all the wonderful footy colours!
