Class 18

We’re excited to share the fantastic progress our students have made with the Duke of Edinburgh Award this term! Our students have been actively engaging in a variety of enriching activities, showcasing their commitment and enthusiasm.

For their volunteering component, students dedicated their time and effort to the RE Store, making a meaningful impact in the community. Here, they packaged bread and other food items to stock the shelves of their pantry for people in need. As well as unloading delivery vans full of donated food and sorting through donated goods. In the physical recreation segment, they challenged themselves and improved their fitness at Tonic Gym, embracing new routines, pushing their limits and learning how to play squash. Additionally, for the skills section, our students had the invaluable opportunity to learn essential first aid skills from the experts at St John Ambulance.

These experiences not only contribute to the Duke of Edinburgh Award but also help our students grow, learn, and make a difference. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and look forward to celebrating their continued success.
