Class 11

Class 11 have enjoyed another great term. We have had a huge focus on division and fractions, learning how to divide shapes into equal parts. 

In science, we have researched different inventors and discovered their famous inventions. Science week was a huge hit, we launched plastic bottle rockets off the ground using bicarb soda and vinegar, and rubbed balloons against our head for a hair raising experience. In our integrated topic, we have learnt about the continents and have researched interesting facts about different countries. The hospitality students have continued to impress in the kitchen, while our Duke of Edinburgh students have enjoyed plenty of outdoor adventures. Have a great 2 week break and we will see everyone for the start of term 4.
