Religious Education in Year 1

During this term the Year 1 students have been exploring what it means to be a follower of Jesus in our daily lives. They learned about His most important teaching: to love others as he loved us.

The students relied on their knowledge of stories about Jesus and reflecting on how they've seen God's love in the people around them. They have now begun learning about saints who were ordinary people who showed God's goodness and love to the world.

Through these lessons, the hope is to inspire our students to bring Jesus' love to others in their own lives.

Father's Day - Saturday Vigil Mass

On Saturday 6th September, we invited families to attend the 6pm Vigil Mass to celebrate Father's Day. Students will be giving significant men a special blessing and gift. This a wonderful way to come together as a community to thank the great men in our lives. Please save the date!
