2025 Launch PULSE Conference – A Unique STEAM Experience for Students in Years 5 to 10

We’re excited to share with you an incredible opportunity for students in Years 5 to 10 to attend the 2025 Launch PULSE Conference, hosted by The Gap State High School on Friday, 5 September, a designated student-free day.
This student-led conference is designed to engage curious minds through hands-on, real-world experiences across science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). It’s a day filled with innovation, collaboration, and inspiration for students with a passion for discovery and creativity.

Where: The Gap State High School, 1020 Waterworks Road, The Gap
Who: Open to students in Years 5 to 10
Cost: $70 (includes all workshops, materials, and take-home resources)
Highlights Include:
- Inspiring keynote from an industry leader in health and recreation
- A choice of 3 interactive workshops from a wide range of options, including:
- Parachutes, Drones, Chemistry, Nutrition, Python Programming
- Digital Music Production, Arduino, RC Drift Cars, Jewellery Making
- Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Robotics (LEGO EV3), Micro:bit, Web Development
- A collaborative team STEAM challenge with exciting prizes
