IT Program
Our Foundation to Grade 2 students regularly use school iPads to enhance their learning in literacy, numeracy, problem-solving, and creative expression. This hands-on approach fosters digital literacy and prepares students to transition seamlessly into our Senior School Netbook Program, where they continue developing their technology skills in an engaging and structured environment.
When your child reaches Grade 3, they are encouraged to participate in our BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Netbook Program. To support our students with any IT-related issues, we have an on-site IT Technician available. A parent information session to learn more about our netbook program will be held when your child reaches grade 2.
Late or Absent from School
If your child arrives at 9:00 am or later, please visit the office to sign them in using our Compass Kiosk and collect a late pass. This pass must then be given to your child’s classroom teacher.
If you need to collect your child early, you will also need to sign them out at the office and take the pass to their classroom teacher.
In the event that your child is unwell, please enter their absence into the Compass app before 10:00 am. Alternatively, you may phone the office and leave a message on our absence line.
If you are planning extended family leave, please email both your child’s classroom teacher and the school office with your absence dates. Leave will need to be approved by our Principal, Mr Dzaferovic, and a homework plan will be created.

Parent Helpers
Parent helpers play an important role in supporting our students, teachers, school programs and fundraising. We warmly welcome the involvement of our families in school life and value the time and effort parents contribute.
Before volunteering, all helpers are required to hold a currentWorking with Children Check (WWCC) and sign in at the office each time they are on site. This ensures the safety and wellbeing of all students.
We encourage parents to get involved — it’s a wonderful way to connect with our school community, make new friends, and share in your child’s educational journey.
