Representative Sport

Our Representative Netball teams – Junior & Intermediate, travelled to Sydney on Thursday to play in the NSWCCC Netball Championships on today after they were postponed last week. We wish the girls well in the competition playing Catholic Schools from across NSW. There has been lots of preparation for this event and we are most thankful and appreciative of Mrs Roach, Ms Knight and Ms Millevoi in coaching and managing these teams.

Thank you to Mrs Smith and Mr O’Toole who managed and coached our Boys Basketball teams at the Diocesan Basketball tournament on Tuesday. The boys enjoyed a competitive day at Broadmeadow Basketball Stadium. The girls 7/8 and 9/10 teams will play in the Diocesan Basketball tournament on Thursday 4 September.

The James Mate Football Shield will now be played on September 11 at the Beryl Humble Complex at Tenambit. This is following the postponement of this competition earlier in the term.

The Open Girls Rugby League team will play the Northern NSW Finals of the 2025 NRL Schoolgirl Trophy on Wednesday 3 September at Kurri Kurri.
