This week's meeting
We met on Wednesday, the main discussion points included:
-collection of prizes for trivia night raffle (please bring into school, prize table to be set up in school foyer. Raffle tickets to be available via CDF or cash on the night)
-Christmas Carols BBQ (we will be looking for lots of helpers for set up, cooking, selling and clean up-please see Jess if you can help out). Suggestion of having a bake sale in addition to snags, burgers, icypoles and drinks.
TRIVIA NIGHT PRIZES
*We are looking for donations for prizes for our TRIVIA NIGHT on Friday 6th December. If you are in the position to donate something for this event please leave it at the office.
If you know of businesses that you think should be approached please discuss with Jess Moulynox who will be coordinating the collection of prizes and contacting businesses.
