FUN MUN Term 4

For our final MUN of 2024, the Model United Nations Club explored the exciting theme of Mars Exploration in a FUN MUN. This brought together passionate students eager to tackle big questions about humanity's future. The session featured lively debates, imaginative problem-solving and collaborative resolutions, enriched by the participation of students from Mt St Michael’s. Adding a unique twist, the event included a surprise appearance from an "alien guest," sparking humour and creative thinking. MUN continues to provide students with opportunities to hone their public speaking, critical thinking, and diplomacy skills while fostering connections with peers across schools. We will be opening our MUN Club to students in Year 9-12 in 2025 so look out for signups at the start of 2025!

Thank you to Ms Sims, Ms Arenas and Ms Day who attended the event and guided students.

Drama Club: The Grinch Who Stole Christmas

The Drama Club brought the magic of the holidays to life with their vibrant, student-led performance of The Grinch Who Stole Christmas for St. Anthony’s Primary School. From directing to designing costumes and sets, students demonstrated remarkable creativity, teamwork, and initiative in the production. Their dedication paid off as the audience was captivated by their festive spirit. This performance highlighted the talent and leadership within our school community, particularly focusing on student voice in creating and leading their own initiatives.

Thank you to Ms Conway and Ms Farrow for supporting our students!
