Year 7 About Town 

Year 7 Geography students have been studying the topic 'Place and Liveability' during Term 4. On Thursday 14 November, students participated in a walking tour around Moree. This was a great opportunity for them to gain an understanding of the different business and services that are on offer in Moree and they also practiced some geography skills such as mapping, direction and field sketching. It was a fun and valuable experience for all the students.

Year 9 History

Year 9 students are learning about Australians at War in WWI and WWII. For their assessment this term they created an artefact from one of the wars and then wrote an in-class essay about their artefact and its importance during the war. They had to research an artefact and make it using any materials they could, and make it as historically accurate as possible. The students all came up with amazing ideas!
