2025 Planning 

In 2025, we will have 12 class groups across Foundation to Year 12.  We will also have an Early Education Class initially running over 4 days a week. 

Currently we are finalising student groups and classroom staffing.  We will publish our 2025 classroom staff class teams in our next newsletter. 

Whole School Transition Activities

Students will participate in transition activities over the last two Mondays of the year. On Monday 9 and 16 December, 2-3pm students will visit their new classroom and meet their classroom staff and peers for 2025.

We warmly welcome new students and their families to the Croydon SDS community.  Our new Foundation students are invited to an afternoon play on Monday 9 December from 3:15 - 3.45pm and to attend the whole school transition session on Monday 16 December.

In 2025, we look forward to welcoming all Croydon SDS families to the new school year with a ‘Meet the Class Team’ afternoon on Wednesday 12 February. 

Showcase and Shine / Christmas Raffle

Now only days away, our annual end of year Croydon SDS community event - Showcase and Shine!  

We invite all Croydon SDS community family members to this event on Wednesday 4 December, 5-7pm. 

Building Project Update

As we near the end of the project, building fittings are being installed and rooms are starting to feel functional.

Late next week, the building site office will move outside the existing pool.  From Monday 9 December, temporary fencing will be placed around the office, blocking off approximately 4 car spaces and gate 1.  Students who transition in and out of gate 1 will enter through another gate.  This will mostly impact on EEP students.  Teachers will talk to parents and carers to make alternate entry arrangements.
