As you all know, our Term 4 SSGs commenced in Week 7.
We will be using the DI-modified Term 4 SSG Meeting Agenda.
This new template includes the following details:
- Welcome (Brief Introduction)
- Discussion: Understanding of the child (including their interests, strengths, preferences, needs, achievements and aspirations, provide termly Student Voice feedback)
- Discussion: Long Term Goals For Your Child (Annual focus) including expectations for stakeholders, transitions or post school aspirations
- Discussion: Short Term Goals (i.e. achievable in one term)
- Discussion: Other Learning Goals (i.e. English, Mathematics)
- Discussion: Additional Information (i.e. addressing any issues i.e. toileting, sleep, medical plans, NDIS information)
