Camp Australia

We hope everyone enjoyed a restful and refreshing long weekend!

At OSHC, the fun hasn't stopped - the children have been busily continuing their LEGO activities, showing creativity and teamwork as they bring their imaginative ideas to life.

Over the past week, we've explored a variety of experiences, including:

Craft and cooking projects that sparked creativity and skill-building.

Outdoor play where children engaged in active games and built friendships.

Dreamtime story videos which deepened our understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal culture.

A big highlight was World Play Day!

The children had a blast building a LEGO city, celebrating the power of play and collaboration. We also announced the winner of our "Guess How Many LEGO Bricks in the Jar" competition - congratulations to our clever guesser!

As part of our ongoing learning journey, the children have chosen to extend their counting to 20 and we were thrilled to have Mark teach us to coumt on the Armenian language - including counting into the millions! We're proud of how the children continue to lead their learning through curiosity, creativity and cultural exploration.

Thank you for your continued support and don't forget to check our display boards for more updates.

A reminder: our Holiday Program will not be running during the upcoming term break. Families should have received an email last week with details regarding the closure. For those interested, I’ll be working at Clarinda Primary School OSHC over the holidays, and I’d love to see some of you there!

Thank you for your continued support,

Farahana.
