Gospel Reading
John 16:12-15
Whatever the Father has is mine. The Spirit of truth will guide us.
How can you show the love of the Trinity in your own life?
How can you be loving like the Father, kind like Jesus, or peaceful like the Spirit?
Pentecost is not the end of the story—it’s the beginning of the Church's mission in the world.
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love
Thank you to all who joined us for our recent Year 5-6, Faith Night. Thank you Ms Zang and Mrs Mihalicek for your support during the session. It was a beautiful evening of sharing, prayer, and reflection. We especially thank our students for the courage and heart they showed in sharing their faith.
Faith Nights are a special part of our school life. They give students and families a chance to grow in their relationship with God and with each other. In a world that often focuses only on academic results, these moments remind us that learning to live with compassion, hope, and faith is just as important.
How can we live this message out together, at home and in our community?
As the special day approaches, let us continue to keep our Eucharist candidates in our prayers, as they prepare to welcome Jesus into their hearts for the very first time. Thank you Ms Abrahams and Ms Kurzel for your support in preparing our students.
Jesus Christ, Bread of Life,
travel besides our children
as they take their final steps
in their journey to your table.
Help them recognise you
in the words of Holy Scripture,
in the Blessed Sacrament,
in your people, and in themselves.
Amen
Blessings!
