Harmony Day

Harmony Day is a celebration that recognises our diversity and brings together Australians from many different backgrounds. It is a day that highlights inclusiveness, respect, and a sense of belonging for everyone.

At Balambalam Primary School, we will be celebrating Harmony Day and our school’s diversity on Monday 23 March. Students are encouraged to wear cultural dress and/or orange to acknowledge the day.

We will be holding a Harmony Day parade at 9:00am, and our community is warmly invited to join us in the celebration. Students will also be participating in a range of learning activities centred on Harmony Day and the recognition of cultural diversity.

We hope to see you there!
