Grade Five / Six

CATHOLIC ATHLETICS

We wish all students who made it through to the next level of Catholic Athletics the very best on Thursday the 20th August as they represent our school. Please ensure your child has been approved for this excursion via PAM.  

SWIMMING THIS TERM

If you child is unable to swim for whatever reason, can you please contact the classroom teacher to ensure they are aware of this? We continue swimming lessons on Thursday mornings in Week 7, 8, 9 and 10.  

CLASS MEALS THIS TERM

This term we are thrilled to announce that Class Meals will return to our program! Please see an outline of the weeks below. The payment for meals will be made directly through Flexi Schools, $3 per person.  

BOOK WEEK

On Tuesday 25th of August our school will celebrate Book Week by dressing up as our favourite character from a book. Students will also enjoy the Blurbs in the Liborius Centre from 9:15am 

GRADE 6 CAMP 

Our Grade 6 camp to Melbourne will run from Wednesday 25th November to Friday 27th November. This camp is run by DOXA, an organisation who facilitate camp experiences. More information to come.   

GRADE 5 ACTIVITIES

At the same time, our Grade 5 students will be involved in a combination of local excursions and school-based activities.  

HOMEWORK

Thanks to the students who have been completing their spelling and maths homework and reading each night. This will continue across the term.
