Y9 Community Connections Program

This term, our second group of Year 9 students have begun the Community Connections program, continuing our initiative to develop social awareness, character and practical skills through volunteering and community projects. 

Students are exploring how their passions and strengths can make a meaningful difference in their community and beyond.

Placements and projects include local schools and kindergartens, early childhood centres, Beauie Big Afternoon Tea and our photography program, Beauie through the Lens. Students attend their placements during Beyond sessions, actively contributing to their communities and putting their learning into practice.

We look forward to seeing the impact of their efforts and the connections they continue to make!
