Visual Arts News

Hello Artists!

Students have been working on elements of Visual Arts, such as value and tone. We have been using markers, crayons, pastels and watercolours to create pieces of art. Junior students are exploring primary and secondary colours, using a variety of lines to create colourful artwork. Senior students have been exploring light vs dark, as well as positive and negative space. By focusing on their design of a background and foreground, students are able to create the illusion of depth.
