P&F Fee Notice

The Kinross Wolaroi School Parents and Friends Association is a group of parent volunteers who aim to ‘Connect our Community’. Kinross Wolaroi is a dynamic school with students from Pre-Kinder to Year 12 from all over Australia and beyond. We are boarding families and day families. We are parents, carers, students and staff. Our common goal is to create the best environment possible for our children to grow into adults who will make a valuable contribution to society.

We warmly invite you to be an active member of your P&F. It is a great way to meet other parents, carers and families from your own child’s year group and across the school community. There are many ways to be involved,  whether you bake a cake, flip a sausage on the BBQ, plan a fundraising event or help welcome a new family. These are all activities that help build a strong community for our School.

The P&F charge an annual voluntary contribution of $45 per family. These funds go towards connecting our community and supporting P&F initiatives. For example;

• Parents’ Welcome Morning Tea
• World Teachers’ Day Morning Tea
• Icebreaker events
• Year Group social events
• Spring Soiree
• Speech Day book prizes
• Fundraising events.

We sincerely thank you for your ongoing support of this valuable organisation. This charge will appear in your next school fee statement on Friday 5 March. If you do not wish to contribute the annual subscription fee, please contact the school via email at accountsreceivable@kws.nsw.edu.au

For your Diary: P&F Meetings in 2024

P&F Meetings are held twice a Term on a Wednesday night in the Boardroom, Wolaroi Mansion. Please enter via the main front door - the Boardroom is the first door on the right. Online access is provided at each meeting to allow participation for those unable to attend in person. All parents and carers are welcome to attend meetings.
