At the completion of afternoon ensembles, students should be picked up from Allenby Road Drop and Go Zone where students will be supervised until 4:40pm.
Students are NOT permitted to go to the Junior School ‘pick-up zone’.
If your child has another commitment elsewhere in the school after these rehearsals, please notify the Performing Arts office in writing at performingarts@kws.nsw.edu.au
Students will be required to bring their instrument, a plastic folder for storing music, a pencil and some afternoon tea.
Individual Tuition – Lesson stickers
Students will receive a ‘lesson time’ sticker on which they are being asked to write down the time and location of their lesson each week. This ensures that clashes of events or off-site appointments can be spotted in advance and tutors notified accordingly. Stickers are available from tutors or Mrs Sinclair.
Year 4 Band Program
This program has begun with great enthusiasm from Year 4. We are looking forward to seeing how these students progress on their chosen instrument. Please find further information about instrument set up and basic notes on the YEAR 4 HUB PAGE. If you find there are any issues with instruments, please send them back to school ASAP.
