Our Infant students will attend Mass on Friday, 15th March at 9.30am. Please join us.

St Patrick's Feast Day - Sunday, 17th March.

Our students will celebrate St Patrick's Day this Friday, 15th March. The students are invited to wear something green. We encourage a gold coin donation to raise money for Project Compassion.

Feast Day of St Joseph - Tuesday, 19th March.

Stage 3 Parishioner Visits

This year our Stage 3 students are excited to participate in a special project that will showcase our Catholic ethos of the Common Good and service to others.

The students will be visiting St Brigid’s parishioners in their homes with Mrs Long, Mrs Canham and Mrs Bartholomew. The visits will take place fortnightly on a Thursday during our Religion lesson. The purpose of these visits is to make connections with our parishioners and to spend some time with them as well as assisting in any small way that we can while at their home e.g. watering the garden, taking out the bins etc. 

Children have a warm and infectious energy, which can help to bring so much joy to the elderly. In fact, research shows that connecting youths with seniors can help to boost confidence, increase communication, and improve memory. Children also benefit from intergenerational relationships.
