Grade 1 Camp, a wonderful evening, was very magical because there was a funny magician called Rickel and a smoking stick called Wally. Next, we ate yummy pizza and watched a movie ‘Bee’ at the same time. We also had an icy-pole. After that we also got popcorn. By Dylan 1FB
I loved Grade 1 Camp because I loved the magic show. I kept the magic paper bag. Inside there was an invisible ball. I put the ball inside the bag, but the magic did not work well. I said “Abra Cadabra Falalalal Alacazaam” but it didn’t work! By Kyan 1FB

At Grade 1 camp, we got to start off with a little bit of music so we were dancing a lot. After that the magician Raquel came in the hall and was showing us her magic wand Wally. When she wasn’t looking Wally shot out of her hand! Natalia 1W
Grade 2 News
This term, the Grade 2 students have been exploring the topic ‘Why are some Australian animals endangered and how can we help them?’ as part of our Inquiry unit.
On Wednesday 5th November, we were lucky to have Wildlife Xposure visit our school for a very special incursion! Students had the incredible opportunity to meet and learn about a range of endangered Australian animals, including the brush-tailed bettong, squirrel glider, python and even a saltwater crocodile. They were thrilled to touch and observe these amazing creatures up close while learning how we can help protect their habitats.
Australian Endangered Animals
Grade 2 students have worked extremely hard on their Australian endangered animal dioramas for Inquiry. Creativity, persistence, and pride were displayed by all the students, and we would love for you to come and see their wonderful work. The dioramas are displayed outside the Art Room.
