Friday School Assembly 

Each Friday, different classes will take turns in leading Friday assembly. Classes will also be sharing what has been happening in their class. 

• Week 6 - Djulin 
• Week 7 - Wirrap 
• Week 8 - Banya 
• Week 9 – Mur Murra 
• Week 10 – Yulawil 

Last Friday students from Barrangal presented what they have been learning over the week. Items included swimming, maths and World Teacher’s Day.  

School Value Focus: Helping Others

In Week 4, our Guwak students demonstrated our school value of Helping Others in a truly meaningful way. They created beautiful and thoughtful posters for the Cancer Council, showing their support for those affected by cancer.

These posters were proudly displayed at The Golden Vine during a charity event on Saturday 1 November, helping to raise funds for cancer research and support services. Our Guwak students were incredibly proud of their contributions, and their heartfelt messages of hope and encouragement were inspiring to all who attended.

Cricket

On Friday students in Grades 3-6 represented St Peter’s at the Division Cricket event at Catherine McAuley College, Coolock campus at Junortoun. 

All students played to the best of their ability, having fun and displaying terrific sportsmanship towards each other and other teams and players. The team came away with 1 win and 3 losses.
