Please complete the  google form below to select the required size for your child/ren.  This form will have a size chart for you to refer to.

Â
Only one shirt per student will be ordered. Please complete one form per child if you have more then 1 child who will be attending SMOTA during the 2026 school year.Â
Â
Orders need to be completed by Friday 28th November 2025.
Â
Please note: The P&F is facilitating this initial, complimentary order to ensure all students are provisioned with the new shirt for the 2026 school year. All subsequent and future uniform requirements will be ordered directly by parents once the new online purchasing website is fully operational. Further information regarding the online ordering will be communicated in the coming weeks.

If you are making any change to your child's travel arrangements, please call 67791661 or email guyadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au by 2.30pm that day.Â
Â
If you are collecting your angels from school, please come in!
Â
We hoping that rather than waiting out on the street, parents and carers will enter through the gated path on the right hand side of the administration building to gather undercover to talk, share their day and when the classes are dismissed to collect their young ones for the afternoon.
Please ensure that your child is not arriving to school prior to 8.30am or being collected from school after 3.20pm. Outside of these hours, school staff will not be available to supervise students.Â
Â
Students who arrive after 8:50am will need to be signed in by Parents at the Front Office, if this doesn't occur parents will receive an unexplained notification for late attendance. Thank you for signing your child in if they are late, as this ensures our attendance records are accurate.Â
When your child is absent without explanation, you will receive an SMS and email from the school. Â You can explain planned absences in advance by writing an email or phoning the school. Absences of more than 10 days require a form to be filled out to apply for "Extended Leave" which requires approval from the Principal.Â
