Term 4, Week 7

 

Our students have been loving swimming this week! They have been doing a wonderful job at organising their belongings to get on and off the bus and trying their best in the water.

The children can often feel tired during this time. It’s always good to remember to:

  • Drink lots of water.
  • Get plenty of rest.
  • Eat nutritious foods.
