NAIDOC Art and Craft

Year 1

Literacy

Our Year 1 students have been busy working with their Break Down Buddies! This activity encourages students to read each other’s writing, give thoughtful feedback, and make helpful suggestions for editing. It’s been wonderful to see students developing their skills as writers and collaborators—learning how to support one another while improving their own work.

Mathematics

Year 1 students have been using a variety of hands-on materials to explore the concept of even groups in multiplication. Through practical activities such as grouping counters, using blocks, and sharing objects equally, students are building a strong foundation for understanding multiplication in a fun and engaging way.

Year 2

Religion

In Religion, we are learning about 'Reflecting God's Goodness'. Students participated in a simple lectio divina, praying with scripture below.
