Our First Rainbow THRIVE award. 

A big congratulations to the winners of the first ever Rainbow Thrive Awards!! 🌈✨

 Last term, our class 2H came up with a wonderful idea that we have been excited to share with the whole school community—the Rainbow THRIVE Award! This special award was sparked by an everyday classroom conversation about one of our classmates who always demonstrates every one of our THRIVE values. From this simple conversation, our idea grew, and we realised that there should be an award that recognises students who consistently displayed all the THRIVE values throughout the term. We took our idea to the SRC to see if it was possible to make our idea become a reality. We were thrilled when the SRC loved our idea, and we worked hard to bring it to life by helping to design the certificate and carefully considering the wording and layout. A big shout out to Sarah Roney, Mr Dowling and Miss Fox who helped us along the way. Congratulations to all the recipients of the first Rainbow THRIVE Awards. 2H felt so proud watching you receive your awards. During this journey 2H has learnt that the power of the student voice is truly magical and little people can make BIG things happen!
