Creative Edge Challenge

On Saturday, 24 August, Year 8s, Zack V. and Felix O, participated in the Creative Edge Challenge at Curtin University, competing against 15 schools from around Perth. The challenge involved building a seat out of recycled materials that could carry the most load and be folded down into a small box. The boys worked with St Brigid’s students as part of a Junior STEM Squad team. They showed their engineering skills and managed to create a seat that held a 4kg weigh. The results of the competition are still pending.
