🎉 Congratulations to Luke D! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that Luke D has won the Overall Youth Award at the City of Belmont Artist Awards! 🏆 Luke’s remarkable piece, "Rhythms of the Concrete Jungle," earned him the "Youth Award, 11-17 years" and a $500 prize. The judges praised his innovative fusion of street art and poster design, noting how he drew inspiration from Frank Ocean's music to create a visual homage that transcends mediums.

The judges were particularly impressed with Luke's ability to blend a range of painterly effects with the sophistication of screen printing.

The Mazenod arts team is thrilled to announce that Luke is one six of our talented students who have been selected to showcase their work in this exhibition. They were selected from 560 applicants to be among the 300 exhibiting artists.

The exhibition will be held at The Glasshouse, located at 215 Wright Street, Cloverdale. It runs from Saturday, 31 August, to Saturday, 14 September, with opening hours from Tuesday to Sunday, 10 am to 4 pm. We encourage everyone to visit and support our students as they proudly represent the Mazenod Arts.
