First National Real Estate is looking for a State Membership Manager to support, mentor, and guide our valued Members across New South Wales. Working alongside one other State Membership Manager in NSW, this is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded real estate network and play a pivotal role in the success of our businesses.

 

This position may ideally suit somebody based in Newcastle, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, or the Northern Rivers

About the Role

 

As one of our State Membership Managers in NSW, you will be the trusted advisor and first point of contact for our members, helping them navigate the real estate industry, providing strategic business guidance, and ensuring they maximise the benefits of their First National Real Estate membership.

Your role will involve:

  • Member Support & Engagement – Mentoring Members, resolving concerns, and enhancing connectivity.
  • Business Strategy & Growth – Identifying expansion opportunities, succession planning, and facilitating best practices.
  • Training & Development – Recognising skill gaps and coordinating professional learning opportunities.
  • Risk & Compliance Management – Advising on operational best practices to minimise risk.
  • Event & Networking Coordination – Organising and promoting Member events, training, and conferences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Real Estate Expertise – Proven experience in a real estate franchise, membership-based organisation, or network.
  • Strong Business Acumen – Understanding of financials, operational management, and business development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Ability to build relationships with business owners and industry leaders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Solutions-focused approach to challenges within the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional Communication – Ability to mentor, present, and consult effectively.
  • Flexibility & Travel Readiness – This role requires travel within the state to meet with Members.
