Street Photography Guided Tour: A Creative Adventure

On Wednesday, 14 August, 20 enthusiastic students from Years 10, 11, and 12 embarked on an exciting street photography guided tour at the Central Markets. 

This unique experience allowed students to explore the vibrant market and its surrounding streets, capturing the essence of the bustling environment through their lenses.

During the tour, students received expert feedback with a particular focus on improving composition and creatively using shallow depth of field. Each student had prepared their own briefs, outlining specific focus areas or subjects they wanted to capture while at the markets. 

This preparation ensured that they could make the most of the guidance provided and hone their photographic skills.

The students will now take their best photos from the day and edit them in preparation for a collaborative exhibition at the end of Term 3. 

This exhibition will showcase their creativity and the skills they have developed through this hands-on experience.

We look forward to seeing the stunning photographs our students will present and celebrating their artistic achievements at the upcoming exhibition.

Music Showcase at Elder Hall, University of Adelaide

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Aberfoyle Park High School Music Showcase! This spectacular event will take place at Elder Hall on Friday 25 September 2024, starting at 7:00 PM.
