Year 12 STEM Activity - Algae String

Our STEM Captains organised yet another awesome STEM activity for the Year 12 cohort. Students were able to create their own 'Algae String' by forming a gel out of various ingredients (including sodium alginate) and setting this in a solution of calcium chloride.
