Cunderdin 8

This year we had a record number of students sign up to participate in the Cunderdin 8.  We’re still not quite sure whether the appeal was the exercise or getting out of the last class of the day for some of the year 12s!

This year we had some incredible times for such windy conditions, with Daniel Davies coming in hot with a time of 31:34.

Next over the line we had Ben Corbey with 36:04 closely followed by Kurtis Jones, 36:46.

Congratulations to Megan Langsford, the only year 12 girl running and first female over the line, finishing so strong with 48:08.

A big shout out to Madi Wilkin, 50:26, and Baillie Dean, 50:28, who spent the entire run listening to a speaker together and finishing together.

Aside from the top 3 male and female runners we had some incredible times displayed by our cohort:

Brody Lia 38:54

Archer Davey 39:48

Riley Isbitser 41:27

Jake Brennan 43:50

Jai Kell 48.02

Dylan Garlett 48.05

Physical Education with Ms Tait

This term the Year 12s have been patiently waiting for some good weather to celebrate their last term in Physical Education Studies testing out a different sport with a morning at Tammin Golf Club.

The students split off into groups and had some friendly competition throughout the morning. We thankfully had some sunshine until we had to leave to head back to the College. As a class, we want to thank the Tammin Golf Club for having us, it was great fun brushing up on and learning new skills!
