The Consequences of Pollution
Special Report By Allegra Sudano
It is said that polluting is bad for the environment, but why is that? Here are some reasons why pollution is bad for the environment, people, animals and marine life.
Firstly, this is a common issue that is constantly brought up, and people try to make a big impact, but don’t. People protest about it, but what are they actually doing for the environment? We need to find solutions rather than picking fights with people in the government and making more problems. People have only made a few tiny impacts so, we need to do more, and now! We need to hurry up so it doesn’t get worse and that humans and animals both on land and in the ocean, don't die.
Furthermore, another issue to consider in this matter is our health. Our health is a key part in our lives and having bad health isn’t good for our mental and physical state (depends what condition you have and how bad it is), and pollution doesn’t help with that but can make it worse. We need to cut down on emissions because that causes a great deal of pollution.
Ultimately, emissions are an everyday thing that we use in our vehicles to get around. A fact about emissions is that it comes from the combustion, which is from vehicles. We just can’t say “hey, emissions are bad for the environment so we need to stop it”. That is not thinking ahead or rationally. We can’t just stop them, but we can cut down on it.
Therefore, we need to educate ourselves of this matter. We don’t want to have a negative impact on the world, environment, people, animals and marine life. So we need to take action today, and now!
