STEM

It has certainly been a busy and wonderful time in STEM.

Preps explored habitats and identified how every habitat provides basic needs for animals’ survival. Grade 1 and 2 students learnt about food and where it comes from. They also explored traditional foods worldwide, sharing their experiences about food in the groups.

Grade three students learnt the engineering design process and how to use it in product design. Grade 3 to 6 students followed the stage ‘Improve’ to fine-tune their design solutions for display in the Science Show. They seemed super proud to introduce their Arcade games to their parents and carers at the Science Show. We greatly thank Grade Sixes for planning, coordinating, and running an excellent Science Show during the Science Week.

Well done Grade Sixes!
