PRODUCTION - Cinderella Rockerfella
During Week 4, we had our AMAZING whole school production ‘Cinderella Rockerfella’! The Foundation students did an outstanding job learning their songs and the dances to go with them. They spent a lot of time practising and perfecting their dance moves, learning where to position themselves on stage and throwing teddy bears in the air, clapping and then catching their bears. As well as learning all the words to their songs! They experienced what it was like to be performing on a real stage in front of a big audience and all the excitement, hustle and bustle of being backstage!
When it was their big night to perform, the students were very brave and did a fantastic job! They had a great time getting into different costumes, having their noses painted and eagerly waiting for their turn to go on stage! We were so proud of them!
BOOK WEEK
Each year across Australia, The Children’s Book Council brings children and books together to celebrate Australian children’s literature through Book Week. This year’s theme for Book Week was ‘Reading is Magic’. It was amazing to see the Foundation students' love of reading and the outstanding efforts that families put into their costumes. We had a fantastic day!

FOUNDATION SPECIALIST TIMETABLE
As Specialists classes have begun we thought it would be useful for you to know which days these occur. When students are participating in Health and Physical Education (HPE) and Perceptual Motor Program (PMP) it would be best if they were wearing sneakers or shoes that they can move around in. Please note that this timetable can change! We will keep you updated if this occurs.
