Micro Mathematics

Micro Mathematicians is an enrichment program run by The University of Melbourne (School of Mathematics and Statistics). It is aimed at advanced Years 5-10 students who have an interest in maths beyond the classroom. Students take part in a variety of activities across a range of topics designed to promote mathematical investigation at a high level. While the primary goal is to offer extension in mathematics and statistics, the program will also help students develop skills in communication, collaboration, and literacy. The Year 5-6 program is a free virtual stand-alone workshop of approximately 90 mins duration. Interested students must apply independently via an online application form.
