MOTHER'S DAY

To all the beautiful mums, grandmothers and mother figures we have in our lives, thank you for all that you are and all that you do. Thank you for being our “Salt of the Earth” –

Special thanks to the Pope Francis Award Students for helping put together the “Salt of the Earth” hand scrub tokens that was given out on Thursday morning. 

PLAY GROUP

More than just play, we build strong connections – not only for the little ones but for their carers too.

Last week we held our first playgroup. It was wonderful to see the children enjoying themselves with newfound friends while parents had the chance to meet and socialise with others in the community.

All preschool siblings and community members are welcome to come along with their parents or carers on Thursdays 9:00–10:30am in the Parish Hall.

CELEBRATING MOTHER'S DAY

Botany-Randwick Network Event

To celebrate mother’s day, you are invited to attend a Women's Retreat on May 14, Thursday from 10:00 - 12:30pm at Eileen O' Connor Centre, 35 Dudley St. Coogee. 

Some attendees may wish to join the 9.30am mass at St. Brigid's Coogee with some of the Family Educators then walk up to the centre together. The day's plan will include a tour of the museum, a visit to Eileen's tomb at the chapel and a guided reflection. 

Learn about servant of God, Eileen O' Connor and reflect on the vital role that mums play in the lives of their families. Spots are limited so if interested to attend, please register via https://www.trybooking.com/DLPOQ

CELEBRATING MARY

The month of May is also the month of Mary. The YES that Changed the World is Mary’s Story in God’s Word by renowned speaker Charbel Raish to be held on May 11, Monday at Mary Immaculate Church at Waverley.
