2025 TTC Engagement Survey

The TTC engagement survey will be launched on Monday 16 June 2026 and is open until 30 June 2025. Office employees, please keep an eye out for an email with a link to complete the survey. Production/Warehouse employees will be able to complete the survey via QR code. Please encourage your teams/colleagues to complete the survey.

The results of the survey will help us better understand where TTC is meeting employees' needs and where we have opportunities to improve. TTC is committed to taking action on the results, but these actions won’t be as focused without your honest responses. 

The survey will be administered by Gallup, a leading research and analytics company, and takes ten minutes or less to complete

NOTE: Individual survey responses are combined into comprehensive and/or workgroup-level reports to maintain anonymity.
