Promotions & Role Changes

"As we invest in our Customer Experience for parts I would like to announce the following changes to our Parts Customer Service Team:

Tatiana Ballesteros Caro, Customer Engagement Supervisor - Parts

I’m pleased to announce the promotion of Tatiana to the newly formed position of Customer Engagement Supervisor - Parts. Tatiana has been with Toro for the last 6 years in the Purchasing/Supply Demand department and brought with her a wealth of knowledge not only in parts but in the supply and demand process and was recently part of the onboarding of our new system, Stock IQ. Tatiana will lead our Parts Customer Service team in this new role.

Mark Taylor, Technical Services Specialist - Parts

As you know Mark has been Toro Australia’s Technical and Warranty Support over the last 3 years and part of the Victorian Service Centre previous to that. Mark will now make a move across to a newly formed role in Parts Customer Service as the Technical Service Specialist – Parts. Mark brings with him a significant technical expertise in Toro products as well as great relationships with our customers in the field. Mark will help to build on our technical credibility in giving our customers the best experience possible when they call into Toro Australia.

Both Tatiana and Mark will transition into their new roles once the replacements are up and running.
