Junior Prayer and Pajama Evening

On Tuesday evening our juniors gathered with their parents for our 2023 Prayer and Pajama Evening. It was a cold night but nothing stopped our juniors from arriving in their cozy PJs and oodies. There was great excitement and anticipation as they led their parents to their Learning Space. The children and their parents participated in a few different activities from making their own rosary to writing a prayer and joining in some reflective prayer.

We all moved into our new hall for our very first parent and student evening gathering. We had a short prayer service with the children leading us in prayer and song. This Little Light of Mine was sung with great enthusiasm and the parents quickly got their smart phones out to capture the cute actions and joyous singing of their children.

The evening concluded with a lovely supper of hot chocolate and Teddy Bear biscuits and tea and coffee for parents and careers. We thank all parents who participated in this evening it was great to see such a wonderful response to this event. Our juniors were simply magnificent. Thanks to all our junior home group teachers who made this such a special evening.

Your participation in this Annual survey provides the school with feedback that will help us with our 2024 Annual Action Plans.

Students in Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 will be participating in the survey at school next week. All staff will also be participating in the survey so that we can look at the perspectives of all our key stakeholders.
