Student Medication & Medical Action Plans

 

Student medication that has been stored at school during 2024 will be ready for collection from the office on the last day of school.

 

All medication is to be collected and signed out by a parent / guardian.

 

If your child will continue to require medication in 2025 the relevant medical forms will need to be updated by your doctor, signed and dated in preparation for the 2025 school year.  

 

Please bring medical forms and action plans as well as medication that is in its original packaging and labelled with your child’s name. to the school office on the first day of term 1.
