Year 3 to Year 6
We are thrilled to kick off this year with all of you—students, families, and our incredible community. Together, we’ll embark on a journey filled with growth, learning, and unforgettable experiences. This term, Year 6 students will venture on their first school camp at the Woodman Point Recreation Camp, a fantastic opportunity for adventure and teamwork.
Students from Year 3 and Year 5 will also take part in the NAPLAN testing, showcasing their learning progress. Our SCC House Captains will begin their leadership journey, guiding their peers with passion and dedication. Year 4 to Year 6 students will enjoy the excitement of both the inter-house and interschool swimming carnivals, while some Year 6 students will showcase their cricket skills at a cricket carnival!
This year is all about building strong friendships, embracing teamwork, and supporting one another as we take on new challenges and celebrate successes. We are excited to see each student flourish, gain new skills, and create memories that will last a lifetime. Here’s to a year of connection, discovery, and making the most of every opportunity! Let’s make it a year to remember!
Please keep the lines of community open and speak with relevant teachers should you have any questions or concerns.
Warm regards,
Mrs Christine Pitman
Head of Junior School (Year 3 to Year 6)
