By Jenny Hassett
A huge welcome back to everyone. I hope the holidays were a bit restful and that everyone is a little recharged.
A very special welcome to our new prep students and parents. Hopefully you will all enjoy your time in our Rollins community. Please feel free to make contact with us anytime and we will support you in any manner we can as you merge into our school community.
Many thanks to all our current parents who have been so supportive as we move back into the school year. It is great to see our students here on time, ready to start learning right at 9am and all dressed in school uniform. Please remind your child / children to go to the toilet before school begins.
We have 4 new staff members who are joining us this year. I know they will love our school and contribute in numerous ways to support our parents and students.

Our first school assembly will be held this Friday 9th February in the Multi-Purpose room at 3:00pm. We will be presenting all leadership position badges at this assembly. This includes School Captains, Vice Captains, Colour Captains, and all individual class captain badges. We welcome all parents to our assembly. Congratulations to all our elected leaders.
Our first School Council meeting will be on Monday 26th March 2024.
We have 3 parents whose term of office will be expiring after this meeting. I would like to sincerely thank those members who have so kindly volunteered their personal time to assist our school community. With all the family commitment demands on parents these days it is an added extra for these parents to devote time to assisting us. Many thanks for all your support.
