Everyone can make music!
Hi, my name is Sol Stark and I attend the Mt Barker Waldorf School in South Australia. I am embarking on my Class 12 project. My project is all about working with Indigenous youth and for this I am planning a trip to Alice Springs. From the 19th to the 25th of May I will be working with the Clontarf foundation at Yirara college. I will be trying to find out how sport can break down barrier’s youth may have to staying engaged in education. For this time, I am hoping to find a Waldorf/Steiner family that may be able to offer accommodation. I will also need some advice on how to travel to Yirara college.
About myself: I love playing all sports, my favourites being AFL, Basketball and cross country running. Although I am not an amazing sports person what I get out of sport helps me stay focused at school hence the idea for my project. I enjoy meeting new people and am looking forward to meeting people that have had different life experiences than me. I also look forward to seeing another Waldorf/Steiner school.
